I'd likek to see Expendables and Machete, but I'll catch them on DVD or cable. No going to the theater for me for a while.

Only movies I know of offhand that are upcoming that I want to see are Resident Evil: Afterlife and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1.

The rest of the previews I kinda forgot the names to the movies cuz I was too focused on the action in Expendables

I don't know what weather you have had lately but I have seen post-storm photos (never in person) where strong storms moved those things across the fields and into a creek, or some similar barrier.

Rex, I've lived in the Plains almost all my life, where such bales and strong winds are both common, and I've never seen a wind outside of a tornado that could move one of those.

How the hell does a half-ton bale of hay roll out of a field and into traffic?

Google has already changed their logo (here, at least). Today, it's completely grayscale until you type something in the search box, then it lights up one letter after another.

I'm very well actually, just sitting around at work as one does; draining resources from very large companies haha.

Late morning here, in fact, 2 minutes until the afternoon: or 1h 46 until the work day is over! Haha.

A Twitter user's comment with regards to today's version of Google's logo: "One day Google is going to take over the world. And we won't even know because we'll be too busy playing with their logo to notice."

QUOTE Rod Humble, head of EA's The Sims Studio, sat down for an interview with CNET covering The Sims, with a few remarks on SimCity Societies.
Humble says that the strategy on the development of SCS was similar to the one used with The Sims 2: QUOTE Hey how can we broaden this? How can we make it less challenging, easier to use, and make it more into a creativity tool? The reviews SCS received after launch have been a mixed bunch. Humble promises though to stand by his customers and deliver what they want: QUOTE Our job now is to deliver to our customers who are giving us feedback (and we're giving them) free updates to make sure they get what they want. We're going to stand by them and add that challenge that they're looking for and add that extra depth. Humble seems to admit that SCS may have become a bit too easy for some players:QUOTE We got the (general) accessibility bit down and now we need to address their concerns, "Hey, I want more push back. I want more challenge." It's usually been the opposite: "Hey, your game's too complicated. Make it easier." On the question whether there will be a The Sims 3 Humble says: QUOTE Well, who knows? Yeah, of course, there will be. We are looking forward to talking about it in the future, but not now. -------------------- ![]() Be nice to them or they might decide to "bring you democracy" My runs on Runner+ Now using Garmin Forerunner 405CX! |

I'm a little confused by his comments. I'm wondering if he means that the future for SimCity is going to be the dumbed down substandard *#$% that societies is, with just a little more challenge? No Thanks. Please stick to the Sims Rod, you're really good at that. Return SimCity to the model that it was, only better. There's no reason that both customer bases can't be served.
