So I was wondering, Mr. Dasilva, any thoughts on the bit where they talked about drinking and the French? icon_biggrin.gif

LOL! That's sort of the point I was getting at by shining the spotlight on it in the last episode, dasilva. icon_smile.gif I'm sure you'll enjoy hearing that everyone in France is alcoholic in this Holiday episode! icon_lol.gif

He get to take his shots at me next weekend.

First, I want to wish you all a happy, healthy and wealthy new year 2009! icon_wink.gif

Second, I think Rexer that you are doing a great job as a host for this podcast. You should just maybe fire this technician named Trixin because he just doesn't follow correctly the show and launches the breaks at the wrong time. (just kidding Trixin icon_razz.gif)

More seriously, I realized listening to this podcast that you have many subjects going on in the community and I thought to myself that it could be actually great if you could come up with this hidden content in the forums the community rewarded in the frontpage. Could I suggest you to revise your homepage so that you could promote these posts or even make it some sort of community journal? Maybe you could make out of Simphoni.net a dedicated community news website?
Just my 2 cents icon_wink.gif

One more great show! Continue this path guys!

Philippe

I got up at 4 AM this morning and listened to the podcast. icon_mrgreen.gif Great job again, thanks for mentioning me, if I had anything else to say I'm too tired by now to remember it.... xdsmiley2dl6[1].gif Oh yes, if you didn't know, I'm heading out to the Los Angeles Film Studies Center on Thursday. And I'm pretty nervous about it. icon_mrgreen.gif

Hi everyone,

Rex is going on hiatus for a little while so he will not be co-hosting the show until he gets back. I tried to do a show on my own, but it just didn't work. Thus, the podcast has been postponed until further notice. If anyone is willing to be a guest co-host for an episode or two, it would be MUCH appreciated! Please feel free to contact me by posting here on the forums or sending me a private message. Remember, you will need Skype and a decent microphone if you choose to participate on the show. Thanks for your time!

Tristan

I'd love to do it if I was still home on Christmas break. icon_razz.gif But the community seems pretty slow right now, maybe it's best to miss a week or two any way if there's not much to talk about....

A new episode of the SIMphoni Podcast has been published, check the first post of this topic. I'm not going to say very much about the show, other than the word of the week, which is extemporaneous icon_razz.gif

I wasn't scared at all. icon_wink.gif Once again a great time listening to you guys. I was quite interested in the DRM section which point of view is definitivelly understandable as a player myself. However, I don't think we can just accept piracy and should find solutions for this huge issue: the more piracy, the less money for game development studios and therefore the less potential for these studios to grow and provide more games and improve their quality.
But that would be the subject of an entire podcast icon_wink.gif

Sorry trixin/Rex: I haven't had time to sit down and listen yet. Looking forward to it though, as I am intrigued by your episode description icon_razz.gif
