The forums are undergoing an upgrade to the newest version of Invision Power Boards at this time.  Do not be alarmed if you see the forums disabled.  Sdrawkcab is bringing us the upgrade and some new enhancements to the forums.

    This is going to be cool people. I am watching what cabbie is doing. It’ll be nice. Plus, we’re adding in some other nice features as well.

    We have upgraded to the latest version of IPB now. In addition,
    * The Simphoni Podcast feed has ben fixed. By some time on Monday users will be able to subscribe to the podcast through the iTunes store, and have podcasts downloaded automatically to their iPods.
    * We now have the ability to ebmed videos from YouTube and other sites directly in posts in the forums. Use the bbcode tags [video][/video] and place the entire URL of the video’s web site in the tags.

    The Shoutbox was over-written in the upgrade, as was the IPB 2.0.0 skin. If you were using the IPB 2.0.0 skin, as i was, it has defaulted to the original IPB skin, losing the edits we had made.

    The shoutbox will be re-installed early Monday. We are planning to install a new shoutbox in the forums with more and better features, but the one we have selected is in Beta 1 stage yet, and we do not want to risk bugginess, so we will wait until it is released.
