EBGames now has Spore up for pre-order, saying the release date is October 1, 2007 - only a month before SimCity 5! This is the first concrete release date we’ve seen for Spore, even if it isn’t official Electronic Arts information. In any case, if both Spore and SimCity 5 are released at once, we might have a hard time deciding which one to play! The sooner, the better though. Thanks to Jirnsum for the tip!
